The object of this fraternity shall be for the
development of the best and truest fraternal spirit; the
mutual welfare and brotherhood of musical students;
the advancement of music in America
and a loyalty to the Alma Matter.

Zeta Omicron was established in 1953 as the first greek organization on the now Georgia Southern's campus. It was a chance for men who loved music to come together and share experiences and better themselves as well as their community.

Zeta Omicron participates in many events including a musicale each semester, cookouts, tailgates, Alumni get togethers, Mills Music Mission, scholarship competitions, and much more.

Zeta Omicron holds rush events and probationary periods each Fall and Spring semester. Membership is not limited to only music majors. All men who have music in thier hearts are welcome. To be an active member of the Zeta Omicron chapter, you must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA.
